GAIN/Nat Geo Movie Night at the Springs Preserve - March 20, 2018

Join us on Tuesday evening March 20th to celebrate the Spring Equinox at the Springs Preserve and see two of Nat Geo's most recent large format films - Jerusalem & Living in the Age of Airplanes. The human geography of one of the world's holiest cities is the focus our first film Jerusalem, narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch. Explore how its physical geography gives life and meaning to all three of the regions monotheistic faiths and meet three remarkable young women who call the old city home. After a dessert filled intermission discover how the world we live in today was shaped by modern aviation as Harrison Ford narrates Living in the Age of Airplanes. The geographic theme of movement takes center stage as we explore the history of transportation and the revolutionary technology that connects the people and places of our planet like never before. There is no charge, but this event is by invitation only, as it takes place after hours.
